UAE Real Estate Agents only. Verified by an admin before activation. Pending agents see nothing. Suspended or banned agents are signed out on the next action.
WhatsApp moves messages. DLZ moves data. Listings have mandatory fields, requirements are first-class records, every pair gets a match score, and the lifecycle is enforced. Stale and duplicate inventory disappears.
Agents start at 20. Peer ratings up to +40, profile completeness +5, listing accuracy +5, active inventory +5. Reports take points off only when resolved. Strikes deduct 10 (warning), 20 (suspension), 50 (ban).
Listings auto-expire after 30 days unless refreshed (allowed max. 2 times). It makes sure inventory is continuously refreshed and up to date.

Never. DLZ is agent-only and gated. There is no public-facing listing surface, no SEO indexing, no consumer search. Off-market means off-market.
